What’s included
The usual scope. Every job is priced from its drawings, so tell us what yours calls for.
- Suspended T-bar grid with acoustic tile
- Ceiling layouts coordinated with lighting, diffusers and sprinklers
- Bulkhead transitions and edge trims
- Specialty and feature ceilings
How we deliver it
The ceiling layout is checked against mechanical, electrical and sprinkler drawings before the grid goes up.
Grid is hung level to tolerance, laid out so partitions and fixtures land on clean lines.
Tile goes in last, after the trades above are finished, to keep it clean.
Common questions
Why choose a T-bar ceiling?
Tiles lift out, so mechanical, electrical and data services above stay reachable for maintenance. Acoustic tile also absorbs sound, and damaged tiles are cheap to replace.
What do the acoustic ratings on ceiling tile mean?
NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient) is how much sound the tile absorbs within a room; higher is quieter. CAC (Ceiling Attenuation Class) is how well it blocks sound passing between rooms through the ceiling space.
Send the drawings and a target schedule. One crew covers the full interior, so add any other trades to the same quote.
